Money indeed changes everything and coupled with increased popularity, celebrities are tempted to go under the knife to maintain their youthful looks.  Jenni Farley or JWoww plastic surgery is an example on differing opinions. 

JWoww was proud to announce her breast enhancement procedure but when it comes to her facial plastic surgery, her fans and other people were not excited about it. After undergoing the knife on her 21^st birthday, she showed in several big events in Hollywood and flaunted her new breast.  She was not aware that the breast may have wow people but the scars made people cringed at the thought of pain she suffered with plastic surgery.  In the case of her face, while she admit nothing, but the amazing job on her face showed also visible scars proving that she indeed had plastic surgery.

At 21 years old, many would have thought that JWoww plastic surgery won’t happen but it did.  According to Jenni (as she is otherwise known), it is her ticket to more success.  But, the signs of crack are showing with her breast augmentation. While plastic surgery can enhance and improved different parts of the body, it can only do as much.  It cannot make things happen always.  For example, job opportunities will always be there but despite undergoing perfect plastic surgeries, if one does not grab opportunities laid on him or her, then it is not the surgeon’s fault why let opportunities passed by.  It is wrong to believe that one of the best effects of plastic surgeries is that it will improve your life.  Yes, it can gain you more self confidence but, it cannot make you perform best in your chosen career or job. 

JWoww plastic surgery should be seen in a proper context.  The individual should have clear understanding on the things to do with regard to opportunities.  He or she must have a plan prior to the surgery so that it the positive effects of a nose job, breast augmentation, liposuction, facelift, skin grafting, filler injection will work accordingly to your plan; not just a simple waiting moment on what comes next after plastic surgery.
